Highlighted here are the package offerings and the corresponding hard blocks for the larger devices, the T55, T85 and the T120 devices. These devices and package offerings all have the DDR Memory controller enabled for x16 bit interface, with the BGA576 enabling x32 bit wide data bus. Additionally, the BGA576 has three MIPI/CSI blocks enabled vs the two controllers on the BGA324 package. Devices in this size highlight the scalability of the Quantum Architecture, as these devices themselves are already march larger than some of the other competitive solutions.
