This slide shows a detailed overview of the various XMEGA device options, and the features available within each sub-family. The left column shows the common features available in all XMEGA devices. For each sub-family, their exact features are listed in the columns going right, ending with the package option. In general, the XMEGA A family offers more features and higher integration level than XMEGA D. No matter which device is selected, they all share a common development tool chain and they are all code compatible.
