Power Zeners in SMA & SMB Packages Micro Commercial Components' SMA and SMB series power zeners are designed to regulate voltage. They offer a broad zener voltage range and have a good electrical performance by using planar die. They are highly reliable and ideally suited for use in telecom systems, communication systems, computers, automotive systems, power supplies, and many other industrial/consumer applications.
