LMG1210EVM-012: 10A, 0 ~ 100V Half Bridge Driver

Summary

The LMG1210EVM-012 is a small, easy-to-use power stage with an external PWM signal (or HI and LI). The board can be configured as a buck converter, boost converter or other converter topology using a half bridge. Because this is an open-loop board with an external PWM signal, do not use it to evaluate transient response. It can be used to evaluate the performance of the LMG1210 as a driver for the GaN FET halfbridge converter to sample measurements such as efficiency, switching speed, dv/dt, and adjustable dead time. The EVM features a LMG1210 half-bridge driver coupled with two 100 V, 7 mΩ GaN FETs in a half bridge configuration
