The F1150 is design for a single operating voltage of 5V that runs in dual channel. It is capable of operating in Multi-mode or Multi-carrier Base Station Receiver for the given frequency band. It can operate in Standard Mode and Low Current Mode. In Standard Mode, it offers Output IP3 with 335mA of Icc with the resistor R15, R17, R11, and R13 used in the circuit. In Low Current Mode, four resistors are adjusted namely R16, R18, R12, and R14 to run the circuit in this mode. The power consumption is significantly reduced in this mode and offers an Output IP3 with 235mA of Icc. The main and diversity mixer differential IF output is connected to a 4:1 Center Tap Balun (TC4-1TG2+) for impedance matching.
The typical application of the F1150 is in radio, RF and microwave applications that utilize RF to IF mixer downconverter. In the case of different values of parameters, see IDT part number matrix for other component in the series of downconverting mixers.
